Tony Shultz began his career in real estate in 1986, winning his company’s prestigious award for outstanding sales person first year with the company.  In late 1995 he was invited to join Prudential John Aaroe and Associates’ premier West Hollywood/Sunset Strip office in the Pacific Design Center, and has stayed with the company through its expansion to Prudential California Realty and its subsequent evolution into one of only six real estate companies in the United States owned by Warren Buffet’s Berkshire Hathaway company.

With the Aaroe organization his career dramatically accelerated.  Within the first two years, he tripled his previous annual production and is now in the company’s prestigious Chairman’s Circle and recently became a Legend Award recipient, representing the top 1% of all Prudential Real Estate agents in North America.  He has served as Director on three prestigious boards: The Beverly Hills/Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors, The MLS, and has continued as a Director for the past ten years on the Aaroe Associates Charitable Foundation.  He also serves as Grants Coordinator for LA’s best, a partnership that was formed in conjunction with the Mayor’s office, Los Angeles Unified School District and private funding to provide a safe, supervised, after-school environment for over 400,000 children in neighborhoods vulnerable to gangs, crime and drugs.  Through his efforts, the Holly Bendik Arts Program is now in schools in Watts, Hollywood, North Hollywood, South Central, Venice, the Abbott Kinney District and East Los Angeles.  The Aaroe Associates Charitable Foundation now provides 70% of the funding for this wonderful program.

In addition to representing clients in the sale and purchase of real estate, he has been active in the purchase and renovation of a number of buildings on his own, completing seventeen restorations in the past eighteen years on properties located within the Hollywood Hills, Melrose, Hollywood, Hancock Park and West Hollywood areas.
